We want to make sure each pet finds the right family. Here’s how the adoption process works:

1️⃣ Submit an Adoption Application – Fill out our form below to help us understand your home environment and lifestyle.
2️⃣ Vet Reference – Once approved, we’ll perform a vet reference to confirm we align on pet welfare and medical needs.
3️⃣ Meet the Pet – Next we’ll set up a meet-and-greet with the animal at your home.  This will also serve as a home visit to ensure a safe environment.
4️⃣ Adoption Fee & Paperwork – Complete adoption paperwork and collect adoption fee.
5️⃣ Welcome Your New Best Friend! – Start your journey together!

Adoption Requirements

✔️ Fenced in yard for dog adoptions

✔️ Proof of residence (homeowners or landlord approval for renters)

✔️ All current pets must be up to date on vaccinations

✔️ Children in the home must be 6+ years old

✔️ Commitment to providing a loving, responsible home

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

❓What if I can no longer care for my adopted pet? – We are committed to the lifelong well-being of our rescues. If you are unable to care for your adopted pet, we require that they be returned to us so we can ensure they find another loving home.  

❓ Can I adopt if I do not have a structural fully fenced-in yard for a dog? – We require a structural fully fenced-in yard.

❓ Do you offer trial adoptions? – In some cases, we provide foster-to-adopt options. Please contact us for more information!

❓ Is there an adoption fee? – Adoption fees are based on many different criteria. Please reach out if you are interested in one of our available furry friends. 

❓ How do I pay the adoption fee? Adoption fees may be paid by check, PayPal or credit/debit card.  Click the link below if you choose to pay your adoption fee online.
